Under the direction of Chef Carlos Serrano (@serranococina) and the Akasha bar team, mixology becomes an art form: every syrup, infusion, and garnish is made in-house, using herbs and fruits sourced locally in Belize.

🍸 Tropical Bliss
A smooth and elegant cocktail blending gin, cardamom syrup, lemon juice, raspberry, and a light parsley cream top. Tropical yet refined — this one is for those who like balance between freshness and sophistication.

An Akasha original. Made with Aperol, Campari, thyme syrup, lemon juice, aquafaba, and citrus tincture, this cocktail delivers both citrusy brightness and herbal depth — the perfect sundown companion.
