This year, Akasha Restaurant invites you to celebrate Thanksgiving by the Sea, a culinary journey created by Chef Carlos Serrano (@serranococina) that combines festive tradition with the vibrant spirit of Belize.

The 4-course tasting menu is a reflection of Akasha’s philosophy — sophisticated yet deeply connected to local flavor.

🎃 Soup: Roasted pumpkin soup with coconut cream and spiced oil.
